AtΒ Rooted Grace Wellness, we're committed to providing high-quality herbal tea blends and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we're here to help make it right.
Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@rootedgracewellness.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already shipped, please note our policy below regarding consumable products.

Tea Bag Pouches: At Rooted Grace Wellness, each blend is crafted with care and intention. Because our teas are consumable products, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances and we do not accept returns.
Here's why:
- Safety First: For health and safety reasons, we can't accept opened or unopened tea once it leaves our facility.
- Small-Batch Quality: Our teas are handcrafted in small batches with premium ingredients. Once a pouch leaves our hands, we can't resell it.
- Taste is Personal: We know everyone's preferences are different. While we hope you love your tea, we can't offer refunds based on personal taste.
- Clear Communication: Our full ingredient lists, descriptions, and contraindication information (via Safety Information hyperlink) are available on every product page so you can make informed decisions.
We Want You to Love Your Tea: If you're new to herbal tea or unsure which blend is right for you, we recommend starting with one of our sampler pouches to explore multiple blends before committing to full-size pouches.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with the product quality, please contact us at hello@rootedgracewellness.com within 5 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Wrong Item Shipped: If we sent you the wrong product, contact us immediately at hello@rootedgracewellness.com and we'll send the correct item at no additional cost.
