Our name comes from the scripture: “Rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith…” (Colossians 2:7). We believe true wellness begins with being grounded. Not just in practice, but in purpose.
To be rooted is to be anchored.
To be graced is to be carried.
To be well is to recognize both.
This is why our tagline is Rooted in Him. Nourished by Nature.
We honor the One who created the earth, and the earth He created to nourish us.

Our herbal blends are handcrafted in small batches using whole, organic herbs, chosen not just for their flavor and function, but for the way they invite us back to presence, stillness, and grounding.
We honor the wisdom God placed in the earth.

We blend in small batches to preserve potency, maintain quality, steward the herbs well, and protect freshness. There's something sacred about crafting slowly and intentionally. You can taste (and feel) the difference.

A Note From Kathryn, Founder of Rooted Grace Wellness
My relationship with God has always been made up of small, grounding moments. Those quiet pauses where I feel Him most clearly in breath, in stillness, in the gentle nudge back to Him. That rhythm has shaped everything about how I move through the world.
I’ve always paid attention to the earth: the way nature restores us, teaches us, and settles us. These were never abstract ideas; they were lived truths. And I grew up drinking tea for medicinal purposes, before it was aesthetic or trendy. Tea was simply part of my upbringing, a remedy and a comfort.
Rooted Grace Wellness is an extension of that lineage, honoring both where I come from and Who I come from. As my relationship with God deepens, I see more clearly how intentionally He designed nature. Herbs, warmth, breath, quiet...they were always invitations back to Him.
This brand is my offering:
A space where faith, nature, and nourishment meet.
A reminder that your body needs care.
